  • NEW OWNERSHIP:  We would like to let you all know that Unity now owns all of the buildings in our lot. With that, we would like to clarify that we are NOT Unity providers, they simply own our building. We have created a great relationship with Unity, but only as our landlords. Our practice is still 100% privately owned by our 6 physicians that you have grown to love through the years. In the future there will be a new sign by the road that displays Unity on it. Do not be alarmed, nothing will change for our patients. We hope and plan to serve the residents of Cabot and surrounding cities for many years to come.
  • PORTAL: Our new patient portal is back up . Feel free to call our office with other questions. Click here for patient instructions. 
  • PHREESIA: Cabot Medical Care has a new check-in and money collection program that will begin in December. Please ask any of our receptionists for more information.
  • PFAC: Cabot Medical Care now has a Patient and Family Advisory Council (PFAC) that we would love for you to be a part of. This is a group of individuals (CMC patients and/or family of CMC patients) that want to partner with CMC in positively shaping our patient experiences. Please email lwaymire@cabotmed.com for more info.
  • PASSE: We are now taking the PASSE plans through Medicaid. This is currently on a tentative basis and may only go until the end of 2019. We are learning new information regarding this program daily and will keep everyone up to date as we learn more information. 
  • WELLNESS: Most insurances cover wellness' for most ages. This is recommended for all patients to have done yearly. Please call our office to see if you are due for yours. ​
