Announcements

  • Our clinic will be closing at 6pm tonight, 11/14/18, due to inclement weather. We are sorry for the inconvenience and hope everyone stays safe and warm.
  • Our clinic will be closed from 11:30am-1:00pm on December 11 and 12 for a clinic training.
  • Our holiday closings include:

                       Thanksgiving: Thursday 11/22, Friday 11/23, and Saturday 11/24

                       Christmas: Monday 12/24 and Tuesday 12/25

                       New Years: Monday 12/31 (close at 5pm, no after hours clinic) and 1/1

Tricare has cancelled our contract which will not allow us to be PCP for Tricare prime patients. We care deeply for our Tricare patients and we love serving you; however Tricare is demanding that we accept fees that are below our cost. Please contact them and let them know how you feel about the care you received from us. We would love to be able to take care of our Tricare Prime patients again. Here is the list of contact numbers:

We are currently able to treat Tricare Standard and Tricare for Life patients because these plans do not require a PCP. However, there will be a higher cost share of 25% instead of 20%.
