  • CLINIC CLOSINGS:  We plan to open our office for normal business hours on Monday, January 21, 2024. If that plan changes, you will be notified on here and our Facebook page as soon as possible.
  • CHARTSPAN: Cabot Medical Care is excited to announce that we now offer an extra level of care to Medicare patients! Our new care management program, called ChartSpan, provides you with a 24/7 nurse line, personalized care plans, help with medication refills and appointments, and other benefits. Starting the week of 07/10/2023, we will be reaching out to patients who qualify by mail and phone. Any call from ChartSpan will come from (501) 424-6557.   • MASK MANDATE: Effective 03/16/2022 patients and staff are not required to wear masks unless:
    • You choose to do so, this policy is 100% optional
    • You have contagious symptoms
    • The COVID-19 Community Level numbers increase
    • If you are high risk for severe illness, you need to talk to your healthcare provider to see what the best option is for you
  • PHREESIA: For a more hands-free check-in process, make sure to complete your Phreesia registration before you arrive for your appointment. You will receive your notification via text or email. If you do not prefer this method, please arrive to your appointment 20-30 minutes early to do your paperwork in the office. Please ask any of our receptionists for more information.
  • PFAC: Cabot Medical Care now has a Patient and Family Advisory Council (PFAC) that we would love for you to be a part of. This is a group of individuals (CMC patients and/or family of CMC patients) that want to partner with CMC in positively shaping our patient experiences. Please email for more info. 
  • WELLNESS: Most insurances cover wellness' for most ages. This is recommended for all patients to have done yearly. Please call our office to see if you are due for yours.
